It's good idea to keep yourself nice and limber. A little glucosamine chondroitin never hurt, either. Mmm... fishie burps. <3

Things have been pretty quiet around here. Nice easy pattern. Meow in Adrian's ear until he wakes up and feeds me. Use the kitty litter that makes my pee blocks smell like oatmeal cookies. Play with my fuzzy mice until it gets lost under the sofa and I lose interest. Sleep until Adrian gets home and greet him at the door with my patented Crescent Stretch - designed to make him stop in his tracks to pet and nuzzle me in copious amounts.

But yesterday my whole world was shattered. Just like the window in the room where I have my sleeping cloud. I dove into Adrian's covers for safety, as usual. I think the intruders had a hunch I was there because they took stuff out of his closet and threw it on the bed. But no way would I give up my position so easily! I must have successfully fooled them because they finally moved on to Cam's room to continue their search.

Hiding under the covers is a very safe place to be. Although it's really hot so I have to stick my nose out. I'm sure nobody can see me, though...

Christmas is just around the corner. Adrian and Christina opened their presents early via Skype video chat. Whatever that means.

I'll be happy when Christina finally gets here. They talk on the phone and video chat so often. It really cuts into my cozy napping time.

Ever since I got out of Melbourne's kitty jail, I've been too busy at my new digs to update my blog.

Adrian is staying with his cousin until Christina moves here for good.

Among other things, there are a lot of good places for me to sleep.

Including this freshly laundered comforter that Adrian had to wash because I threw up on it.

Yup. Life is good.

Adrian comes to visit me about two times a week. He stays with me for a couple of hours every time. I wish the quarantine rules would allow him to come more than twice a week.

I'm feeling pretty frisky today. This place is booooooring and Adrian won't let me explore the rest of the compound. I would especially like to get away from all of the other cats in here. They cry all day long and it gets old pretty fast.

Only five days left in this joint and I'm OUTTA HERE!

The question is... where am I going from here? I hope it's not scary!

Stuck in quarantine for another 22 days. I get out on August 30th... which is August 29th back home in California. It's very boring here. They have the radio playing all the time, and it doesn't sound at all like the music back home. The other cats in this area are very noisy, too. They keep meowing and meowing. My Burmese neighbor always begs Adrian for attention whenever he comes to visit me. But Adrian always pays attention to only me me me! Hmm I hope he brings me something to play with the next time he visits. Maybe some twistie ties... or my carpeted block of cheese. :o

Finally! A lap to sit in!

Well, I finally made it here to Melbourne and am stationed at the Spotswood quarantine center. Everyone is really nice but I wish I could go home already. I have to stay at least four more weeks. :(

At least my temporary digs are roomy and comfy. And Adrian came to visit me the other day... he gave me lots and lots of pats and scratches. <3

Due to some scheduling conflicts, my original departure date was delayed. My plane now leaves on July 29th, sometime around 9 pm. I will be flying alone, sealed into a crate and accompanied by a ton of paperwork. Christina won't be coming with me, but I hear Adrian is going to be there when I land in Melbourne. I wonder what quarantine is going to be like.

Well, Christina got her Australian visa approved today. I don't know when she's going to make it out to Melbourne, but my flight is scheduled for next Tuesday, the 8th of July. I hope quarantine isn't too scary. O_o

Well, Christina is back from being away for a LOOOONG time... two weeks is a long time for a cat, you know. But anyway, I haven't seen Adrian at all. I miss him! He always feeds me when I meow and cry and run to my bowl. Christina, on the other hand, tells me something about waiting until it's a certain time before I can eat again. What a drag! >_<

Ever since those two got these new things they call "MacBook Pros," they haven't been paying as much attention to me as before. But the other day, when I was lounging on that nifty carpet box they brought me, Adrian decided a mini photoshoot was in order. Of course, I did my part and made sure to move around a lot. I think Adrian appreciates it because he takes a lot more pictures of me when I do that. =^..^=

There is nothing more comfy than stretching out on top of this new couch the humans brought me. Sometimes Christina takes catnaps on it after being away all day. I let her because she feeds me and gives me pats. It's all about give and take, folks.

I usually don't like boxes but this one has caught my fancy. Using my extraordinary feline powers of subliminal mental persuasian, I have convinced Christina that it is her idea to keep the box. Good. Now I can sit in it whenever I want.
